遂道伸缩缝柔性填料填塞方法：

1、与遂道伸缩缝柔性填料接合的混凝土，应干燥、洁净，用钢丝刷或其它方法除去缝表面松动的混凝土，清除缝槽内的所有杂物和石屑。

2、遂道伸缩缝柔性填料填塞前，应在缝槽混凝土表面涂刷粘合剂，涂刷面应宽于填料接触面20mm。

3、填塞遂道伸缩缝柔性填料时应按设计要求、从下往上将填料分层塞入槽内，并按设计尺寸填筑所要求的形状，填筑时应锤击密实，遂道伸缩缝柔性填料表面不得有裂缝和高低起伏。

a、清理干净使用部位。

b、用遂道伸缩缝柔性填料浆涂涮在所清理部位，约二小时后，将腻子按使用部位形状要求嵌入各种缝道中，所嵌遂道伸缩缝柔性填料要做到密实。

c、配制腻子浆。

（1）配比汽油0.6份，腻子1份。

（2）将遂道伸缩缝柔性填料拉成小条放入rongji汽油中，搅抖均匀即可。
